Lindsey Padrino

Lindsey Padrino is the Chief Strategy Officer and head of Biz Ops at Skillsoft since January 2023. Prior to this, Lindsey was the GM of Education Product at Section4 from October 2021 to April 2022. Lindsey also served as an Associate Partner and global head of Growth Academy at McKinsey & Company for over 10 years. With a background in education and leadership, Lindsey has held positions such as Chief of Staff at The Education Innovation Laboratory at Harvard University and the New York City Department of Education. Lindsey holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Political Science, Economics, and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
