Lluís Serra serves as the Managing Director and CEO of EUHT StPOL - Sant Pol School of Hospitality & Culinary Management in Barcelona since its inception in 1998, emphasizing a pioneering approach to hotel training through a university hotel-school model. As the President of EUHOFA International since December 2019, Lluís leads the first global association of hotel schools, which encompasses over 200 institutions worldwide. Additionally, Lluís is a founding member and Executive Secretary of Hotel Schools of Distinction, focusing on fostering high-quality talent in collaboration with hospitality industry leaders. Lluís contributes to the culinary arts sector in Saudi Arabia as a board member of the Culinary Arts Commission under the Ministry of Culture. Formerly, Lluís served on the board of Grup SERHS and held the position of Vice President at EUHOFA International. Lluís holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and is currently pursuing executive education in family business at Esade.

Overseeing 11 sector-specific commissions, the Ministry is leading a cultural transformation to develop a rich ecosystem that nurtures creativity, unlocks the economic potential of the sector and unleashes new and inspiring forms of expression. تم انشاء وزارة الثقافة بالمملكة العربية السعودية في 17 رمضان 1439هـ الموافق 2 يونيو 2018 بموجب أمر ملكي، وتم تعيين صاحب السمو الأمير بدر بن عبدالله بن فرحان آل سعود كأول وزير للثقافة في المملكة العربية السعودية. تتمثل رؤية الوزارة في أن تزدهر المملكة العربية السعودية بمختلف ألوان الثقافة، لتثري نمط حياة الفرد، وتسهم في تعزيز الهوية الوطنية، وتشجع الحوار الثقافي مع العالم.
