Melonie Parker

Melonie Parker has extensive experience in human resources and diversity initiatives. At Google, Melonie serves as Chief Diversity Officer leading global teams focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, Employee Relations, and Compliance. Prior to this role, Melonie held various senior positions at Sandia National Laboratories and Lockheed Martin, where Melonie led human resources, communications, talent acquisition, and diversity programs. Melonie holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Hampton University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
