Amal Mohamed Dameer

Amal Mohamed Dameer is an experienced medical professional currently serving as a Respiratory Council member for the Australasian Sleep Association and an Honorary Researcher at Austin Health. With a focus on the implications of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea on the cardiovascular system and eye, Amal is also a PhD candidate and medical researcher at RMIT University, mentoring students in clinical trials. Prior roles include Trainee Doctor at Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai and Intern Doctor at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. Amal has actively contributed to several committees and has held leadership roles in student organizations at RMIT.
