Jim Poulos

Jim Poulos has held various roles in the technology industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Field Technician for Outsource Solutions Group. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Desktop Engineer for DRW Trading Group. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Trading Analyst for Fidessa. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Production Support Manager for Seed CX. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Enterprise Application Support Engineer for Enfusion. Currently, they are a Lead Technology Project Manager for William Blair and Co-Founder, Partner of Actual Nerds.

Jim Poulos received their High School Diploma/GED from Elk Grove High School. Jim also holds certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Server 2012 (obtained in June 2013) and Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (obtained in August 2012). Jim also holds a Certified System Professional certification from Watchguard. Jim is currently enrolled at Illinois State University.
